Hitchcock Realty & Associates is a boutique, full service Real Estate Firm located in Morehead City, North Carolina. We serve all of the Crystal Coast and Carteret County, including Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Newport, Down East, Swansboro as well as the neighboring counties like Craven and Onslow.
With the Crystal Coast being ever-changing and diverse, when Hitchcock Realty & Associates was formed in 2005, we wanted a firm that stood out from the rest. Our Agency quickly built credibility in a highly competitive and volatile coastal market due to its work ethic, diligence, client care, and dedication to excellence.
Moving to Morehead City from Rhode Island, it did not take long to decide that this was the place we could call HOME. We wanted it all, a beautiful place to live, a diverse community, an evolving culture, great schools for kids, a focus on outdoor lifestyle, and above all else to feel a sense of community. The efforts paid off, and we found everything we could want and more. Douglas Adams once said," I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be." Hitchcock Realty & Associates opened to Carteret County, and the Crystal coast opened its arms to us!
Hitchcock Realty & Associates is managed by Margaret Hitchcock and her daughter Sylvia Rola. We come from different decades, but each of us has our own experience, a unique set of skills, ideas, and share a goal to make sure each client's needs are met and beyond. For us, this work is about building long-lasting relationships, listening and responding, guiding, taking a stressful and overwhelming process, and shaping it into an organized and enjoyable experience!
