Sylvia holds several designations, including North Carolina Real Estate Trainee Appraiser, Accredited Buyer Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Seller Representative Specialist. Growing up in a "real estate family," Sylvia was mentored by some of the top agents in Carteret County. Prior to becoming a full-time agent herself, she worked as office manager for Hitchcock Realty & Associates for years.
